1. Right of Access (Art. 15 GDPR)

You have the right to know whether and which personal data we process about you.

We will provide you with a copy of your data upon request.

2. Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)

You have the right to request the correction of incorrect or the completion of incomplete data.

Simply let us know which data needs to be corrected.

3. Right to Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)

You can request the deletion of your personal data if:

• The data is no longer necessary for the original purposes
• You withdraw your consent
• You object to the processing
• The data was processed unlawfully

4. Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

You can request the restriction of processing if:

• You contest the accuracy of the data
• The processing is unlawful
• We no longer need the data, but you need it for legal claims

5. Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

You have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

This applies to data you have provided to us and which we process automatically.

6. Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)

You can object to the processing of your data if it is based on our legitimate interest.

For direct marketing, you can object at any time without giving reasons.

7. Withdrawal of Consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

The lawfulness of processing carried out until withdrawal remains unaffected.

8. Right to Complain (Art. 77 GDPR)

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

The supervisory authority responsible for us is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
